I am 6’5 383 21M , I am going to attempt to lose 49 pounds in 4 months .. there’s no slow and steady race with me I’m tired of being a fat ass.. and I know 49 pounds to y’all won’t make a difference to yall .. but to me it will. my own right to be happier… so due to me being morbidly obese.. I can lose it faster .. so what are the suggestions you give me to help me lose this? and yes I am active I go to gym 3x a week I go on walks I do 10,000 steps I recently lose 12 pounds . and I eat right I weight my food .. all of that and count calories.. but I’m literally on crunch times .. I need to hurry up because I have an event I’m going too. this isn’t a moment to go slow and steady.. I just need the most helpful information to get me to 49 pounds down in 4 months. and by the way obviously this is unhealthy but guess what? when I get to my desired weight I’m making this sustainable I know what I’m doing and going with this.
