My starting weight is 165, current weight is 135, and goal weight is 125. I've been doing great with CICO, but ever since I hit 135, I've just been stuck. Mainly because of nights out with friends where I just kind of went wild and didn't really watch what I ate. But now I'm serious. I'm tired of eating 1200 calories a day, I just want to get to goal weight and maintain. I'm going to buckle down and for the next five weeks I'm just going to commit to being strict with my diet. Doing my exercises and drinking my water. This stupid life of cutting calories is getting old, fast. I just want to get to maintenance. I can eat about 1800 calories a day and with my exercise I can maintain at that. And I just can't wait to be 125 pounds, eating what I want, and maintaining. The longer I mess around, the longer it is before I can eat 1800 calories a day. So. Here I go!
