Who else is struggling?

This post is for those of us who might be struggling with our weight loss goals right now! Let’s check in with each other and see what we’re doing wrong and what we plan to do to either stay or get back on track. For me right now I’m still obese and have plateaued due to late night snacking. I haven’t been pushing myself but I’ve been unpacking a lot of my psychological addiction to food. For context I’m 5’10M and weigh 220. I’ve been setting a calorie limit of 2500 and going over most days but not by much. One problem I’m running into is hunger and lack of self regulation when it comes to food choices and snacking. Anyone who wants to share their story or their current struggle please chime in!
