Some questions about intermittent fasting for a total beginner.

Total beginner asking for some advice.

I need to lose 30 to 32kgs (70lbs). I have been working on reducing my portion size and making my afternoon walks more regular. I will be staying at home for next 45 days for exams, so I want to try intermittent fasting. I wake up at 5am, light breakfast at 6 to 6:30am, morning meal at 10am, lunch at 2pm, walk at 3 pm and dinner at 7pm. My dinner is usually small, so I wake up pretty hungry.

I am planning to do 11am to 7pm eating window and need advice on following stuff: 1. Any other drinks I can take other than black coffee as I am very sensitive to caffeine.

  1. Is stuff like bone broth which have low calorie ok or you need to be at 0 calorie to lose weight?

  2. How to not be hungry in the morning? Today is my 2nd day of totally not eating anything from 7pm to 11am and I was shaking due to how hungry I felt by 9:30am.

  3. I have been craving food at night because of the mentality that I won't get to eat till late in the morning. Because of that I haven't gotten sleep properly for days.

I actually started trying to do intermittent fasting since 20th, but it is only the 2nd day I have done it properly. But I am struggling and need a lot of tips on how to make this more easier. HELP!
