I have been using the app for about a month and a half or so now, and the results are great, I just don't feel as motivated to do it now. I started at 204 Lbs and currently am at 184 los, for a month in a half this is great, but I feel like my body hasn't changed that much even though I have gotten compliments saying i look taller, happier, etc
does anyone have any advice to keep me motivated? When I first started I thought I was a fat slob but the more I go into it, the more I realize that 20 pounds isn’t that big of a difference, atleast for my body. I am happy with the results, but I have noticed more and more that everyday I will check the scale to see if my weight has changed at all. I don’t know why but my drive for this whole thing has really died down and I see my self start slipping, not putting things in the app, etc Also, trying to hit 160 by June for a Senior trip with my boys I am currently 5’9 18 Y/O Male
