Context: 23F, 5’4” and around 190lbs with weight fluctuations
I live on the top floor of an apartment. My job currently is part-time hours, so I wanted to add small workouts into my CICO routine on top of my daily walks. This is only until I can afford a gym membership to the one by us that has a pool. I know I COULD go to a Planet Fitness or something of that nature, but the water exercises are for helping me last longer and not feel the burn as much during exercising.
Long story short, the workouts I do at home sometimes shake my whole apartment. Like jumping jacks? Forget it, people downstairs are probably going to get annoyed at me really fast.
So, should I continue working out in this fashion? Should I look for ways around this? I feel like the exercises that involve running in place help me the most right now, but I don’t want my neighbors downstairs being upset
