Hi there — I’m wondering what the best approach is to getting to fit.
Let’s say I have an end of year goal of getting to ~20% bf, and gaining muscle (currently 120lb lean and 7lb bone density) — how would you approach it in my position, with very little muscle mass for my weight and height?
I’ve come down from 225 lbs 2 years ago to 192 lbs now, the 34% bf measurement is from dexa. I was at 38% and 206 lbs prior. I haven’t been able to find anyone with this bad of a ratio online at my height and weight.
Presently, I’m trying to eat about 1700 calories or less a day while still hitting 140g of protein and doing 20-30 mins of weight lifting 4-5 times per week.
