Hi, im 28, weigh 153kg, about 180-183 cm, started trying to lose at the start of the year through calorie counting. My calculations online gave me a tdee of about 3-3.5k calories a day. So ive been aiming for around 2k calories, sometimes going to 2200 on like a weekend. I started strong, as i was 158kg at the start and lost 5kg in 2 weeks. This morning i weighed myself and im up 0.3kg for the week, is this normal for the first bit? I expected to slow down as ik you have a fuck ton of water weight, but was unsure whether this is just a fluctuation of day to day, or if i need to recalculate
