Im about to end my winterbulk and go on a aggressive cut. Iv planned my meals and macros are looking like this 50-60 grams of fat 160-170 grams of protein 140-160 grams of carbs At about 1700 calories total. That puts me in a 800 deficiet. I will most likely be at 1000 deficiet after cardio. Training scheudual is PPL, rest and PP, rest. Will prob take a long walk on my restdays. My current weight is 170 lbs. BF% id guess in the 25ish % My goal is 145-150 lbs. Im going go cut for about 2-3 months.
I know there is alot of different opinions on how to cut. Please share your experiances.
