May 1st 2023 i was tired of how I looked being 240 ish pounds maybe a little bit more at 17 and female. I decided to lose weight. I lost 40 pounds in about 6 months and i was so happy with myself it was a long journey and being 200 pounds at that point was a new low for me in years. I decided to take a break because i was so tired of dieting everyday for 6 months ofc i had some days where i went off diet but it’s hard being a 17 yo and restricting yourself. I feel off and now i am 18 200 pounds still 4 months later but i feel fat again like how i did at 240 it’s so frustrating i just wish that i didn’t have to diet again. I know i can do it but it is so tiring dieting i never had a goal weight in mind from the beginning i was just dieting till i felt happier with myself then i stopped. and started binging and eating all the foods i didn’t while being on my diet luckily i only gained like 4 pounds but idk what to do i’m not happy with myself anymore but i don’t want to diet. I started counting calories again and did a good job yesterday im ready to go all in again and grind out till summer time and maybe even longer. I started my sport so i do weights and cardio every day 5 times a week hopefully that will help also. if you have anything that might help please comment below.
