So before Christmas I weighted 78kg. Had lost some weight. Gained some back over one week of Christmas and new years. After Christmas the scale said 81. Probably still some water weight. Thing is I compete in kickboxing. Competition on one week now. Only match I got was for below 79kg and I had 3 weeks to loose some weight. I said ok and went on strict diet. I exercise A LOT. Probably burn 3000 calories or more many days and have lived on around 1800 calories per day. Little salt and carbs.
I have gained 3 kg. I mean I know I am loosing fat. A long time since I have been able to stick to a diet this well. Sure I am hungry a lot but previously I have had a binging problem. Not this time. And this is not the first time this happens. Then suddenly after a couple of weeks I will loose several kg over like 2 days. It just need to happen in like a week or I will forfeit the fight.
