Hey everyone, I'm 29 years old and lost about 35-40 (was 108 kg at the beginning) started the weight loss jurny at august 2022 with the majority of loss has been in 1 year. For the last 9-10 month i'm doing 3-4 times a week resistance training with wights and another 1-2 aerobics like running/walking and keeping the daily steps around 12k. But now i have a loss belly skin similar to what pregnant women have after giving birth .
I'm a little afraid of surgery, is there a chance to lose it without surgery? When the final goal is to be fit, six pack, etc.
