So for context, I'm a 31 year old female, and i weigh 80+ kgs. I largely consume a vegetarian diet, but with eggs also (so not really a complete vegetarian). I started consulting a fitness coach who's suggested I should have somewhere around 120-150 grams protein, and 1700-1900 calories
Now I have somehow increased protein in my diet to 100 grams but vegetarian sources of protein aren't that great. I'm already having one scoop of whey protein everyday but my coach has suggested that to increase protein and not consume an insane amount of calories I can start having one more scoop of protein powder. I trust him but I'm just worried will it screw up my stomach? I'm a little lactose intolerant. I'm also worried if I will beef up? Tbh I'm already beefed up (but with fat :P)
