So, I crunched some numbers in Happyscale and in my Loseit app, and I discovered that my body is pretty much running on calories exactly how the TDEE calculators predict.
I’ve been eating an average of 1400 calories a day for months and I’ve been losing an average of 0.7lbs/week doing this. My current maintenance TDEE is 1750 and I eat 1400, and supposedly a 300 calorie deficit is = 0.7lbs lost week.
The only bummer is that I calculate my TDEE as sedentary to be safe even though I get 10k steps a day. I was hoping I was actually lightly active and just being modest, but apparently I’m still sedentary.
Now, being that my numbers are so inline with the calculator, it’s fair to say that when I reach my goal of 140lbs, I’ll have to eat …..1663cal a day forever amen.
I always knew this this was gonna be forever, but dang I was hoping I’d get a little more in maintenance.
I guess I’ll just go hang out with the ugh1200isfine people to feel better.
