It's day 2 of that time of the month and usually i have immense cravings, and I do now as well, but instead of the usual pigging out, i'm trying to minimize how much i indulge (not in a super restrictive way, but just trying to be a bit more mindful). How do you guys handle period cravings, do you give yourself grace for a day or two from your diet/plan/program or do you just try to keep the cravings at bay and continue on with the healthy food. I say this as I've just ordered some frozen yoghurt with chocolate toppings lol.
