Hi, i lost 1.8kg in 9 days (4lbs i think). To me, i think this is incredibly high. I've been losing weight for a year and lost more than 80lbs, the thing is, i don't ever remember losing this much weight this fast. I also am not a crash diet. I eat between 2000-2100 kcal, i actually eat more than what i did when i started. I think 1.8 kg in 9 days is a bit absurd but i'm not sure. I just woke up today and lost 9 lbs, a few days ago i woke up and lost 1.76 lbs. I'm going to continue to track my weight loss during the week then go to the doctor but in the meantime if anyone could share some info on whether this is good or bad that would be great.
