So I've started my weight loss journey back in October 2023 buy only decided to seriously start to track my daily weight loss on December 30th.
Results can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/ThiBgqW
Yes I know stupid, I didn't track my weight at all when I started or during this 3 month period, all I can say is that I noticed results very quickly mainly doing CICO and lots of walking.
Now, the first days or week when I started serioudly tracking my weight I was kind of surprised with the results, I figured the "weight loss" was just a weird water retention fluctuation and it'd soon stabilize into a more stable / normal weight loss pattern.
This didn't happen at all as seen in the pics (pic 1 contains weight in kg and pic 2 contains weight in lbs) - in 3 weeks I lost 4kg's / or 9lbs.
I have no idea if this is a healthy rate of whether I should be worried.
For reference I'm a 5'7" (1m70) 25 year old male - my daily calories intake lays somewhere between 1300 - 1500 calories. I must admit that I've had days where this was not met but was subtantially lower unfortunately despite my best efforts.
