I'm fasting 20-23 hours a day, eating within a 1-4 hour period. Add in the daily walks and regular visits to the gym, I lost around 5kg in a month. I'm now 75kg and a little bit more muscles from weight lifting. Only downside is eating a bunch of food in a short period of time. Today I ate chicken, lamb, brazil nuts, mackerel, squid rings, greek yoghurt, mixed fruits (banana, strawberry, blueberries, rasberries, watermelon), pea protein and physlium husk. I'm ridiculously full! I'm going to excersise later to burn excess calories and not to mention hitting the gym tomorrow. I'll be doing a 36-48hr fast.
