I can’t get back on track

Venting a little

I’m 19, 6 foot 3 and 250lbs I lost 50lbs over the course of 5 months and when school started back up in September I just stopped I can’t keep a diet and I can’t keep an exercise routine going. All I want to do is achieve a healthy weight but I just can’t do it, it’s getting harder and harder and I just want to give up. I’ve been maintaining my weight for over 3 months with no more progress being made.

I need motivation, my original motivation was lose weight so girls would like me and I kinda achieved that I had my fair share of fun and realized this is not what I want to do. I want to lose weight and become healthier but without being able to find any motivation it’s been hard and I’m close to giving up and don’t know what do or what changes need to be made to achieve my goals.

I’d like to know what you guys did in situations like this so maybe I can find some motivation to help me kickstart myself back into losing the rest of the weight.
