hi everyone, I really want to loose weight as I’m tired of being fat. I struggle with pretty much all things related to being healthy, but a big thing is portion control. When I eat it’s almost like I’m not conscious or all there. (Hope that doesn’t sound dramatic) I eat until I’m full, not just satisfied or “not hungry anymore". Idk how to stop unless my stomach is uncomfortably full. I also eat when I’m bored. I love to snack. How do I solve this? I try to sometimes make better choices when picking out a snack like grapes, carrots, lightly salted popcorn but definitely not always. I feel like a child sometimes because I truly just don’t like a lot of healthy food. What can I eat that feels like I’m eating a lot but it’s not crap for you? Or what are good things to snack on? Eventually I would love to get to a point where I’m not snacking but I figure let’s do baby steps.
