Im 30f and I need to lose 60-80 pounds. I’ve been on phentermine and metformin for a few days and I literally have no appetite. I already struggled with an inconsistent appetite months before i started these, but was still eating bad, so I wasn’t losing weight. And it’s not only that I don’t have an appetite, but I can only eat a few bites and then be just done. Like it makes me nauseous. I want to eat enough calories, proteins, and good carbs in everyday, but I just don’t know how. I don’t want to starve myself and lose the weight just to gain it back. And I want to be healthy, not just lose weight. I struggle w a lot of body pain and want to heal it. I see a lot of stuff about volume eating. And I want the opposite of that. I just want to eat like 3 600 calorie meals that are healthy, high protein, low fat, all the healthy stuff, but not be a shit ton of food. This stuff also takes all the food noise out of my head and I don’t even want to think about cooking or eating. I also want food i can meal prep. So just fry chicken and veggies won’t do it for 4 days straight. I can’t seem to find any ideas of that! I see people post about being so hungry in a deficit and I actually WISH i was like that. Does anyone understand how I feel? Or any tips for what I can do?
