From 48kg I'm now at 50kg

I can't seem to pull myself back up together after experiencing a slump beginning the last week of Nov. I just lost all the motivation to workout consistently. Gone were the days I exercise for like a week straight without breaks. I weigh myself everyday watching the scale increase slowly overtime yet do nothing about it. I still don't eat much, only 1 meal a day usually just oatmeal and bread and fruits yet I'm still gaining weight. I miss the times when I used to fear the numbers on the scale, when I used to have a strong hold on myself... I hope I can finally find the joy of exercising again once the new year starts. I have plans but unsure if if I can follow through. My stagnation started when I started doing 1 hr exercise everyday so I plan on trimming it down to 30 minutes a day. I recently found out I like walking so I'll try to walk more as well. I bought new shoes and yoga mat to motivate myself. I hope I can follow through this 2024. I want to make working out a habit of mine again. Good luck to all of us who are trying again!
