What was the first noticeable physical change you noticed during your weight loss journey?

I know it’s different for everyone but I’m curious to know what physical changes you noticed first when you embarked on your weight loss journey.

I’m only one month and few weeks into my weight loss journey but I’ve noticed a few changes already.

For me, it’s my stomach area, which really surprised me because so far I’ve done VERY LITTLE core training (I hate core workouts) and yet my stomach seems to be losing fat the fastest! My arms also became a bit slimmer around the same time as my stomach too.

I found it quite fascinating because it really showed me that spot reducing exercises are a real scam. I already knew this but I guess I only truly believed they were a scam when I could see for myself what my body chose to remove fat from first.

In case anyone may be wondering, my only forms of exercise at the moment are low impact aerobics, walking 8k steps a day and of course being in a calorie deficit.
