What activity level to calculate tdee?

Hi, I'm looking to recalculate my tdee since I've recently acquired a treadmill and have been putting in an average of 12,000 steps per day. Some days more. I do it all at once at my desk while working from home. Besides this two hour block of time that I spend walking, I spend pretty much the rest of the day sitting at my desk or on my couch. I do very little walking around my house and I rarely leave.

So I'm going to recalculate my tdee and the options for activity level are a bit confusing. Every website is basically the same. They are either light exercise (1-2 days per week), moderate exercise (3-5 days per week), heavy exercise (6-7 days per week), or athlete (twice per day). I know that 10,000 steps per day is considered "active" but am I really that active since I'm either on my ass or sleeping for all but 2 hours per day? Also, even though I now walk at least 10,000 steps every day, its just walking so surely it shouldn't be considered "heavy exercise" right? This is mainly where the confusion lies: do I go by the intensity of the exercise (light) or the number of days spent exercising (6-7)?

So what should I put for activity level?
