im 20f ,5’5 and now 160lbs. I have dropped 30-40lbs pretty rapidly and I do not exercise. I am basically sedentary because im a full time student and I’ve struggled to get exercising into my schedule. I’ve always had a naturally high heart rate. When I worked out for 2 hours every day a few years ago (before weight gain) my resting heart rate was in the 60s. Right now I don’t workout at all and I definitely do not get in enough steps but my heart is low 50s/high 40s which is mind blowing to me because 2 months ago it was usually around 85-100 (I know that’s not good). I actually went to the ER because my chest pains were so horrific and that’s how I found out my heart rate was so low. All of the doctors asked if I was an athlete in training. My ekg was fine and I got send home but I’m still nervous about this. My chest still hurts and I do frequently feel like I’m gonna pass out so I couldn’t exercise even if I had time. Anyway, has anyone else experienced this with quick weight loss ??
