So a few weeks ago I restarted my weight loss journey after taking a few months off. From last year October to April this year I went from 89kg to 73 pretty easily. Now I was back at almost 74.8 and I wanted to lose more anyway. Lost about half a kilo for the first two weeks, but now it's just stopped. Thursday last week I weighed 73.9, and this week too. So I grabbed one of those apps to see for sure how much I was actually eating. (It's very similar every day.) Even a bit lower than expected, I came out at less than 1500 kcal with a decently sized dinner. Less than 1400 on most days. Then today, my weight was once again exactly 73.9kg. What am I doing wrong? I hit the gym 3 times a week and go running twice a week. Only thing I can think of is that I've been stressed, but could that really just fuck up my metabolism like this?
