I (F29) started at 291 lbs (5 foot 8in) on October 4th. As of today, November 1st, I am 264! The goal is 180 lbs. Technically BMI for my height says 180 is overweight, but my doctor nor myself prescribe to BMI. The goal isn't to be skinny, the goal is to be happy, and I was happiest and healthiest at 180!
The things that I have changed were my job (I moved from a desk job to a warehouse job), my medication (synthroid because my doc and I discovered I have hypothyroidism), and I have been incredibly cognizant of the food I eat and how often I eat it.
Anyway, wanted to share after my first 25! 💪🏻
