I'm in a weight loss journey atm which was going really well up until 3 weeks ago, I'd gone from around 160lbs to 130lbs over the course of 6 months and felt really good about my diet and fitness regime but looking back on it now I do think it was too restrictive as I was only eating 1200 calories a day. For the past 3 weeks I have overeaten like crazy, weighed myself about 2 weeks ago and the scale showed 150lbs and is likely even more now as I've continued to overeat. I want to restart my weight loss regime at 1600 calories a day to be more healthy and avoid more regain but I am so scared of failure and going back to square 1 in a matter of weeks that I just can't seem to get started. I know I truly want to lose weight, feel better about my body and overall be healthier and fitter but I'm a bit lost rn. For reference I am female, 5'6" and goal weight is 115 to 125llbs
