33f I am very fat. I've been trying to lose weight for years. I'm addicted to chips and I eat 2 bags a day. I weigh 250 lbs and I'm 5"6. Now I want to start counting calories.
My calorie counting app won't let me go lower than 1700 calories. I was wondering if 1700 calories is too high for good weight loss ? Should I not go for a bit lower amount like for example 1500 calories?
I am not active at all, I actually hardly exercise in a day. Most off the day I spend either sitting on the couch or in bed. Im planning to go on walks but I find it so difficult to get myself to move.
Will i lose weight if I keep eating 1700 calories and how much time a day should I spend walking/exercising?
