So i have been eating a normal amount of food and have been feeling full after each meal. The problem is that, even though I’m eating what my body deems as enough, the calories are low. My limit is 1600 calories (500 down from maintenance).
Example day: Breakfast: Oats with skim milk, frozen berries and a small teaspoon of peanut butter (361 calories) Lunch: Feta and pesto sandwich (416 calorie) Dinner: Light crumbed chicken schnitzel, small side salad and half serve of sweet potato chips (381 calories) Dessert: Dark mint chocolate (huge sweet tooth!) (105 calories) Total = 1263 calories
Is this too little? Should I be eating more to sustain myself in the long run or listen to my body and stop when I’m full?
