I made this post few months ago and nothing has changed since, I am 101 kilos fat and measured at 43% bodyfat recently.
I have decided to come up with my plan which I will begin from December.
Breakfast: 6 eggs and coffee black with no sugar
Snack: Apple
Lunch: One Chappati with Cury and Salads
Snack: Apple and Coffee
Dinner: Grilled Meat With Veggies
4 Litres Water Throughout The Day
Olive/Coconut Oil To Fry Food In
6 Days Of Weight Training + 30-40 Mins Cardio After It
How Is My Plan Looking? Should I Add Anything More
