20M, 6’0, 240lbs
A couple years ago I started trying to lose weight. Stopped when university started and haven’t gotten back into it much. During this summer I’ve been getting back into it and I hit a plateau. After school started in September I haven’t really lost any weight no matter what I do. I still go to the gym (less frequently now though), I count my calories and avoid sugars, drink a ton of water, and basically everything else I’m supposed to, but I just haven’t lost anything. I’m looking for some advice on how I can lose my remaining weight (40lbs in 6 month)
