Exercising through a Bicep injury

Hi, I picked up a Bicep injury, have posted the scan results below and been told by physio to rest etc. Seems really redundant to rest while I been the most committed I have been after being mid 110kgs for what seem like forever to almost 2 numbers on the scale.

Obviously I ain't going to listen to the advice of just rest from physio, however willing to listen to sensible advice, and wonder if any one been through a similar issue and what exercises did they do. I was doing a lot of boxing, running and high reps in the gym which I enjoyed.

I understand weight doesn't mean everything but from getting out of breath putting shoes on to able to do it effortless now, I want to keep going sensibly.

Posted scan results below as we can't post pictures. Pain is uncomfortable but bearable when Bicep is used (only RHS). Any suggestions will be good as I really enjoyed the training and was getting results.
