I’m aware how losing weight while on a deficit works, it had worked great for me until I couldn’t do it more.
I work a not very physically demanding but not sitting kinda work. They pay is barely enough to cover my family expenses, but it has the benefit that I can eat 1-3 different meals a day for free and I can take any leftovers for my family and even like weekends, That helps my finances enormously but I don’t control what food they serve, nor am I in the building it’s made so I could try to guesstimate how many calories the food might have, but I know it’s designed to be calorie dense.
Has anyone lost while not tracking? Tips, tricks?
