At a frustrating plateau for what seems like forever. I started at 260 and got down to 168. Have bounced back up to a steady 170-175 which has recently changed to 175-180. I have been binging so bad the last couple months and can’t seem to get a grasp. I’m losing hope and terrified of going back to my old size. My goal is to get down to 145. But it seems like I’m moving farther away from my goal. I’m not sure what to do. I know I’ve made a lot of progress so I’m trying to remind myself of that but I can’t help but lose hope.
