Stats: Female/110/5’5
I need some advice on getting back on track. I’ve been 107.6 pounds for the past 8 months but after thanksgiving i ate over 5,000 calories. I am now weighing in at 110 pounds for the last few days. I’m not bloated anymore so i know i’m not holding onto anymore water weight.
I want to lose the 2 pounds I gained but I don’t want to do any intense dieting. My maintenance is around 1500 calories as I am pretty sedentary other than 10k steps that I do everyday.
Will adding a 15 min HIIT workout followed by 10-15 min weight training help me get back on track to 107?
