so I am starting my weight lost journey again on Wednesday. I've already lost 45 pounds last year but I've been slacking so I want to start again. I'm still trying to lose weight and I want to do cardio for 40 minutes to an hour five times a week and go on the calorie deficit. I want to know if this is a good idea and if there's any tips that you guys could give me. please be nice. I've restarted so many times and have seen no results. I've hit a plateau many times. I'm currently 200 trying to get to 160 and I need help. Thanks.
