Hi Everyone!
For those of you who use protein powders, bars, or other supplements, which kinds would you recommend to a newbie?
I tried researching some products online, but it felt very overwhelming and I honestly don't know where to start.
In general, I am looking for protein products that have relatively clean ingredients, can be used in different foods if a powder, and are mild in flavor and texture :)
My current fitness goals are to lose weight and gain some muscle tone following two pregnancies. If you have any tips about accomplishing this, that would be super helpful as well!
