I've been thinking of dropping my trainer for various reasons, I prefer hitting a muscle group a day instead of fullbody/ppl.
I go 5x a week but open to increase it to 6
1 month gym consistently so far, I'm 6 1 92kg and eating at a slight defiect of 200.
Help with a split/what exercises to do and how many sets exactly would help.
right now I do about 20 or so sets per day so it's alot of volume but it's fun.
Any help would be nice, especially if someone who knows what their doing can come dm, reading through forums and YouTube videos just overwhelms me.
it's very daunting workout by yourself but my trainers a god awful roided up dumbass.
