For the past few years I've been counting calories. Overall, everything was alright and I've made an okay rogress. However, about six months ago I was in a bad place mentally. I just didn't have enough mental energy, discipline or motivation to continue counting, so I stopped. Now I've been feeling much better, everything returned to normal, but I just can't make myself start doing it again. I realized how tiring and annoying it for me. I really enjoy the fact that I can just eat food without weighting, logging it, etc. I really want to continue with weight loss, but the thought of using food scale and fitness app just makes me so tired and demotivating for some reason. Have some experienced something like that? Any advice?
