I'm on day 2 on Duromine. I don't feel like it's suppressing my appetite and also not sure how many days I need to wait until it starts working.
I'm 39F, weight over 100kg. I'd like to lose 20kg at least.
My questions is what is the best eating plan to follow while on duromine? Is it low carb or Keto or should I just be strict in counting my calories?
I'm not extremely active, although I would like for the energy to kick in with Duromine, so that I can be more motivated to do exercise. Is Exercise a must on duromine? I am a web developer and I have a desk job and I work long hours.
The doctor prescribed duromine to me because I've been on low carb diets for months, and lost like 1kg. It was quite depressing as I really stuck to my diet and tried my very best to just do it right, yet, I still lost nothing.
Any advice would be amazing now, thank you.
