absolutely hate and do awful on back day

it feels less back more forearm day, all pulling motions my grips constantly slipping, I'm pulling the lowest weight as compared to other days and have the worst form too. don't know what to do, I enjoy bicep, shoulder, chest and even leg day more to back.

I'm 6'1 92kg, get enough sleep and food, eat a hour or so before going to the gym, I have pretty good workouts just when I'm not having to do pulling motions.

I do see straps might help but they seem very complicated and hard to use. any advice on what I should do? I don't just mean deadlifts and rows, almost every machine I have rhis issue with.
