Hey there, I have been obese/overweight my whole life, currently 5'8 270 lbs 20 years old male, I started going to the gym but my diet has not been calculated but not horrible but im going to fix it very soon, I've been 70/30 split between lifting machines(70) and cardio( incline and some biking ). I want to lose the weight down to 170-180, how do I lose it while maintaining my muscle mass, and recovery is taking some time at least 2 -3 days is this normal, please don't hesitate to give ANY tips, thanks!
