I am around 5.5 feet with weight of around 122 lbs. I used to 155 lbs but I lost them going to gym. But I look very fat because of face fat and stomach fat. For alast 6 months, i was trying to lose my face fat and reached my lowest 52 kg weight but stilly face looked the same. When I searched online, it told me that I was skinny fat. So i started bulking but now I look more fat than ever. Idk what I should do I go to gym 5 times a week. But I don't feel like going anymore and try anymore to lose it. What should I do? Did lose musle fat instead of actual fat? Any suggestions would be very much helpful
