G'day all, had a little slip up today, was craving something greasy and a nice cold beer to boot, managed to fight these cravings off and diet/exercise as usual but couldn't bear it this evening. I've been going great these last couple months and dropped 10kg. Well, today these cravings hit me out of nowhere. This may sound bad, but it's all i thought about today. A fat juicy kebab and some beers later on. I know one day isn't going to ruin me, but i want to stay consistent. I've had cravings before, but never this bad. So, what's everyone's ways to deal with cravings?
