Since after lockdown, I have been feeling pretty shitty, I am 17, my height is 6'1" and am 115kg/253pound, how much shld I lose weight and in how much time so that I don't have loose skin? What should my end goal be? 75-80kg / 165-176pounds?
I also wanna get lean muscular (like those calisthenics professionals) for asthetic look, how should I train and for how much time and how many days a week? I can do about 5 push ups max, and can't do pull ups. I cant go to gym (really can't), but I have a pair of 5kg /11 pound dumbells dumbbells at home, I don't really go anywhere so walking is also bare minimum, but will start walking at night about 6500-7000steps.
I am a TOTAL BEGINNER, I have researched little, but still not sure what to do, plz help.
