Hey! I need help. So a little backstory, I fully recovered from an eating disorder over a year ago. I comfortably maintained my weight at 55 kg (121 lbs) and my height is 160 cm (5'2" ft).
But during my moving process, my weight went up to 62 kg (136 lbs), and now living on my own, I haven't been able to get below 60 kg (132 lbs). I feel like I'm trying everything. I've tried intermittent fasting, I eat tons of protein products, I walk to and from school almost everyday, I skip rope every Thursday for an hour, I'm trying everything that worked before.
But I just can't seem to lose any weight. And what makes it even harder is that my cupboard is filled with sweets that ppl gave me as a moving gift. I feel stuck. How do I boost my metabolism?
