Started school this week so I forgot to update. These were my meals for week 3, I'm missing a picture of a steak dinner (ribeye, oven roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes) I had as part of a trial omad day. My cheat day involved korean bbq, skipped the rice and ate meat and salmon. My favorite meal during week 3 is the quinoa salad with rotisserie chicken. I will remake it in 2 weeks. This upcoming week I've taken a more simplistic approached and prepared 4.5 days worth of meals. Just 1 option per meal and no snacks.
