I used to be all day eating. Anxious eating. I'm 1,59m and I got to my maximum of 95kg. I was obese. Obsessed with food. When I came back of my holidays, after eating an insane amount of croissants, I decided to change my life. I felt tired and exhausted. Food wouldn't control my life anymore, I had to take the control of this body. So I grabbed the scale. 91,2kg. This was a week and a half ago. I am eating less, finding a diet that suit me and eating healthy overall. I have to point this, I'm not hungry by any means. At all. Well, today I weighted myself after this week and a half, and I'm 87,6kg. This is only the start but it's very nice to see that there is some progress. Now, this is the beginning of my healthy lifestyle.
