I ( 19f ) weigh 65 kilos and am 5'2 . I've generally been a thin person but gained 30 lbs during covid and ever since then, i tried to lose weight by starving which only led to me binging later.
I live with my family and they won't let me diet so that sucks. I wanna move out but I'm a broke teenager. I'm taking online classes which again, is making it worse cuz I just stay in home most of the time.
But now, I want to make a change. I want to change my eating habits and start eating healthy. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to start making small changes and decrease my caloric intake and lose this fucking weight.
I'm thinking of doing like a " 30 day challenge " and see how much I'll lose in those days.
Would love to have a weight loss companion where we can keep each other accountable. Let me know, if you're interested.
